I needed my home staged in 2 days. I called Nicky, and not only did he say he could do it the next day--he actually showed up that day to scope things out. The next day, his team rolled up with a busload of furniture, and by lunchtime my house looked like something out of a magazine. He even threw in paintings and little extras for rooms that weren't part of the deal. The staging turned out amazing - beyond what I expected, and helped get the place sold. Nicky has been great to work with. Being remote makes it harder for me, but Nicky was flexible and responsive from the get go. Great eyes for design, adjusted his schedule to accommodate our needs at request, and even waited 45min for someone to hand him our house keys as our lockbox was surprisingly stolen. Nicky did a really great job staging our home. Beyond executing effectively and efficently -when we did have some issues throughout the otherwise stressful process, I appreciated the extra effort taken to help manage through them. We also had a bit of a mucked up process to get to close - for a variety of reasons - He gave us a reasonable and great solution to an otherwise completely unreasonable request of our own, and that kind of service is extremely rare nowadays.
